At DMT Cycling, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your new cycling shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original DMT box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.
